The African Film Commission (AFC) is the official organization that
promotes the economic development and integration of African film industry
by working with African governments and Regional Economic Communities
(RECs) for the establishment and networking of film commissions in Africa.
AFC is dedicated to film education, collaboration and networking
throughout Africa and to promoting cultural exchange through the art.
African Film Commission, a non-profit organization, was created to play a critical role in positioning Africa at the forefront of developing film industry. Africa's wealth of unique stories and outstanding locations, it's growing infrastructure of high quality productions services and technicians, and it's conducive environment for foreign business and investment makes Africa an attractive location for the production of movies, television, commercials, videos and other multi-media entertainment.

These positive impressions will enhance the global perception of Africa, promoting cultural exchange through the arts, and stimulating the flow of international tourism and investment into the continent.
